Dutch Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients

110 gr margarine
3 eggs
4 gr vanilla
375 gr all purpose flour
9 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
240 ml dairy sour cream
650 ml motts chunky apple sauce

Instructions

----------------------------------TOPPING--------------------------------- half c Firmly packed brown sugar 0.75 c All-purpose flour one third c Margarine or butter half ts Cinnamon half c Nuts; if desired Heat oven to 180ºC . Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Alternately add flour mixture and sour cream to sugar mixture, beating well after each addition. Spread half of batter in prepared pan; top with apple sauce. Drop spoonfuls of remaining batter over apple sauce. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter.
