Dutch Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 1/2 neat
28 gr brown sugar
4 gr salt
30 ml mustard
240 gr breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 gr pepper
16 ml vinegar
230 ml tomato sauce

Instructions

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, half tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper. Shape into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients with half tomato sauce. Pour over meat. Bake at 180ÂșC or 75 minutes. Mrs. Robert F. Lewis ----
