Easiest Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 package cream of mushroom soup
1 package cream of chicken soup
1 rice

Place chicken in crockpot. Mix together soups, and pour over chicken. Cook on low, all day. Serve over hot rice.
