East Indian Chicken

Ingredients

60 gr onion
65 gr green pepper
1 gr garlic powder
5 ml vegetable oil
280 gr skin
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
3 gr curry powder
525 gr tomatoes
16 ml worcestershire sauce
3 gr parsley
40 gr raisins
240 gr rice

Instructions

Cook onion, pepper, garlic powder in oil until onion tender, about 3 min. Add remaining ingredients, except rice, cook over low heat for 30 min. Serve over rice. Cal: 170ÂșC at: 1.4g.
