Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

some broccoli
some remaining oil if necessary
1 sweet pepper
2 green onions
3 chicken breast
120 ml chicken stock
30 ml soy sauce
8 gr cornstarch
16 ml oyster sauce
16 ml dry sherry
5 ml sesame oil
1 gr chili paste
45 ml vegetable oil
2 garlic
16 gr gingerroot
30 gr cashew nuts
1 ml peppers for the sweet pepper ingredien pepper sauce

60 ml chicken stock
1/2 chicken

Instructions

centre of wok; cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir chicken mixture into sauce until coated. Sprinkle with cashew nuts.
