Easy Chocolate Cream Torte

Ingredients

250 gr all purpose flour
55 gr cocoa
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
95 gr crisco shortening
240 gr granulated sugar
75 gr packed brown sugar
1 egg
60 ml water
8 gr pure vanilla extract
2 filling
475 ml whipping cream
30 gr instant coffee powder
4 equal portions
8 circle on greased baking shee
1/4 filling onto cookie round

Instructions

cookies evenly on top of each other. Chill overnight to let cookie layers soften. Makes: About dozen servings. Freezing: Excellent ----
