Knead until smooth. Shape into balll. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let r ise in a warm place til double. Punch down and divide in half. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Shape each half into 9 balls. Place 8 cm apart on grease d baking sheet. Flatten to 9 cm circles. Cover, let rise til doubled, a bout 45 minutes. Make depression in the center. Fill with filling. Bake at 3 10ÂșC or 10-12 minutes.
