Easy Lamb Creole Gumbo

Ingredients

30 ml vegetable oil
2 lamb riblets
950 ml chicken broth
14 gr parsley
6 gr salt
1 bay leaf
1 package okra
1 flour
2 packages stewed tomatoes
240 ml wine
1/2 slices lemon
2 gr thyme
3 gr instant garlic
1 package black-eyed peas

Instructions

NOTE: Meat may be removed from bones before servings. This gumbo freezes well.
