Easy Lamb Creole Gumbo From Tony Burke

Ingredients

30 ml vegetable oil
1 flour
2 lamb riblets
2 packages stewed tomatoes
950 ml chicken broth
240 ml wine
14 gr parsley
1/2 slices lemon
6 gr salt
2 gr thyme
1 bay leaf
3 gr instant garlic
1 package okra
1 package black-eyed peas

Instructions

NOTE: Meat may be removed from bones before servings. This gumbo freezes well.
