Easy Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients

3 eggs
300 gr sugar
5 gr flour
30 ml lemon juice
1 lemon
85 gr butter melted
1 pie crust

Instructions

Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375� until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
