Easy Mini

Ingredients

130 gr salmon
65 gr saltines
1 onion
1 egg
16 ml lemon juice
3 gr dill
6 gr pepper

Instructions

Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into 8 cm x 1 cm patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
