Easy Tea Biscuits

Ingredients

250 gr all purpose flour
14 gr baking powder
2 gr salt
70 gr shortening
240 ml milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200ÂșC . Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in shortening using a pastry blender, 2 knives or a fork until mixture is crumbly. Add milk. Stir with fork just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Drop dough from a Tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes til lightly browned.
