Ed's Buffalo Snort Red Chili

Ingredients

1/2 bacon with fat
450 gr spanish onions fine
40 gr mexican chile powder
12 gr cayenne powder
4 jalapenos stems
65 gr mexican green chiles
1 mexican chile pod crumbled
260 gr italian sausage bulk
1 ml tabasco sauce
2 gr hungarian paprika
900 gr tomatoes
5 gr mexican oregano
160 gr bone steak fine
2,300 gr chuck
350 ml water
350 ml lone star beer
6 gr salt
200 gr bell pepper
16 ml garlic in oil
30 ml worcestershire sauce
14 gr sugar
30 gr cumin
150 gr armadillo meat

Instructions

Fry the bacon in a large soup pot, add the onions, sauteing until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hour s.
