Edwards Mansion Orange Muffins

Ingredients

4 packages flour
400 gr sugar
22 gr baking powder
300 gr butter room temperature
140 gr shortening
120 ml milk
5 eggs
300 ml orange juice
1 package orange sections

Instructions

Mix together all the dry ingredients. Add the butter, shortening, milk, eggs and orange juice. Mix thoroughly. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans until two third full.
