Eggnog Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

43 b -main ingredients
350 gr all purpose flour
10 ml cream of tartar
350 gr sugar
5 gr baking soda
230 gr butter softened
1 gr salt
2 eggs
2 gr brandy extract
2 gr rum extract
2 gr nutmeg

Instructions

Preheat oven:400 In 3 litre mixer bowl combine all cookie ingredients. beat at low speed, scrapingsides of bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 4 min.). In small bowl combine sugar mixture; stir to blend. Shape rounded teaspoonful of dough into 1 inchballs; roll in sugar mixture. place 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
