Ingredients

180 ml water
8 gr salt
3 gr garlic
2 gr ginger
22 gr green onion
8 gr kimchi pepper
16 ml juice of shrimp
1 gr salt
4 gr sugar
38 ml vinegar
60 ml soy sauce
32 gr sugar
1/2 serve

Instructions

Note: if you want to keep this dish for a long time, omit vinegar in mixture "B".
