Eggplant Stuffed L'italienne
Ingredients
some care as the anchovies
40 ml olive oil
4 tomatoes
160 gr bread crumbs
7 tuna fish
6 anchovy filets
1 gr capers
65 gr olives
5 eggplants
60 ml olive oil in a skille the well
Instructions
leftover ingredients to be placed in another (covered) baking dish. Drizzle the leftover olive oil on top and bake for 1 hour.
