Eggplant Yeast Bake

Ingredients

30 ml oil
2 1/2 garlic
3 slices onions
5 tamari
2 gr garlic powder
1 gr basil
1 gr salt
24 gr wholewheat flour
140 gr nutritional yeast
240 ml water
45 gr tahini
1 eggplant
1/4 rounds
1 ml paprika heat oil in a frying over hea garlic

Instructions

In a small pot, combine the flour & nutritional yeast. Add water, tahini & the rest of the seasonings. Mix well. Over a low heat, cook slowly for 15 minutes, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens. If too thick, add more liquid. Oil an 8 X 30 cm baking dish. Pour in a layer of sauce, then a layer of sliced eggplant & a layer of onions. repeat the layering, finishing with the sauce. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake at 180ÂșC for 30 minutes.
