Eggs Hussarde

Ingredients

2 slices ham
2 holland rusks
60 ml marchand de vin sauce
2 slices tomatoes
2 eggs
180 ml hollandaise sauce

Instructions

Paprika Lay a large slice of grilled ham across each rusk and cover with Marchand de Vin sauce. Add a slice of grilled tomato, and then the egg. Top with Hollandaise Sauce, and sprinkle with paprika.
