Eggs With Peppers And Tomato Cream

Ingredients

8 slices italian bread
80 ml olive oil
1 onion
2 pepper
1 clove garlic
4 gr basil
350 ml prepared marinara sauce
120 ml whipping cream
8 poached eggs
28 gr parmesan cheese
16 ml oil in a skillet
400 degree oven until browned

Instructions
