Elizabeth Burris' Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

250 gr broccoli
1/2 onion
1 sunflower seeds
85 gr raisins
85 gr mushrooms
240 ml mayonnaise
30 ml wine vinegar
50 gr sugar
1/2 bacon

Instructions

-cooked crisp & crumbled CLEAN AND CUT the whole broccoli into small pieces. Use all of the broccoli except the end chunks. Mix together the broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, raisins and mushrooms. Make the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Twenty minutes before serving, toss the salad. Toss with the bacon and the dressing.
