Elizabeth Taylor's Carne Tachonada De Puerto

Ingredients

325 gr smoked ham
18 gr garlic mash to paste
2,300 gr beef pot roast
1/2 bell pepper mince
60 ml oil
1 onion mince
300 gr tomato puree

Instructions

Salt & pepper Fancy Mexican Pot Roast-Rub ham strips with garlic and insert into indentations which have been made with a sharp knife in the pot roast. Rub roast well with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in hot oil. Combine onion, pepper and tomato puree. Pour over Recipe By : ----
