Escalloped Salmon

Ingredients

290 gr salmon
45 gr butter
100 gr bread
600 ml milk

Instructions

Drain salmon; reserve juice. Melt butter, add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk, stir until thickened, add salmon liquor. Season to taste. Flake salmon, add to sauce and place in greased bakin dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 180ÂșC for about 20 minutes.
