Ingredients

230 gr butter crisco
100 gr sugar
1 egg
2 gr salt
3 gr vanilla
1 gr almond extract
325 gr flour

Instructions

HEAT OVEN TO 2200ÂșC . CREAM CRISCO, AND SUGAR IN A LARGE BOWL. BEAT IN EGG. ADD SALT, VANILLA AND ALMOND EXTRACT. PLACE DOUGH INTO COOKIE PRESS. PRESS INTO DESIRED SHAPES ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEETS, 5 cm APART. NOTE: COOL ON BAKING SHEET FOR 1 MINUTE AND THEN REMOVE TO COOLING RACK
