Falling Chocolate Cake With Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 recipe todd englishs raspberry
375 gr chocolate
2 sticks butter
200 gr sugar
6 eggs
65 gr flour
1 confectioners sugar mint leaves vanilla ice cream
10 1/2 ramekins
1 melt chocolate
1 run a knife around edges of ramekins

Instructions

Note: ULB (my brother, the Culinary Institute of America graduate) suggested using pastry, cake, walnut, or other nut flour in place of regular flour. Or a mixture (i.e. 0.75 cake, quarter nut flour).
