18 gr nutritional yeast
16 gr instant gravy mix
2 gr thyme
2 gr paprika
1 tamari
32 gr spinach
16 gr wheat pastry flour
12 gr nutritional yeast
1 instant gravy mix
1 vegetable bouillon cube
600 ml reserved potato water
1/4 potatoes
5 ml oil
1 over heat
240 ml potato stock to potatoes
80 gr increments
600 ml reserved potato water
