Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies#2

Ingredients

325 gr butter
160 gr crisco
325 gr brown sugar packed
400 gr sugar
2 eggs
7 gr baking soda
3 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
7 gr vanilla
500 gr flour
65 gr flaked coconut
350 gr semi-sweet chocolate chip
6 pecans broken

Instructions

Combine as listed and shape into 5 cm balls 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC for 15 minutes. Transfer at once from baking sheets to paper toweling to cool. These freeze well either before or after baked.
