Fannie Mae Mint Cake

Ingredients

450 gr margarine
200 gr sugar
4 eggs
4 gr vanilla
500 gr hersheys chocolate syrup
130 gr flour
8 gr flour
30 ml milk
400 gr powdered sugar
1 gr mint extract
2 green food coloring
85 gr margarine
160 gr chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and chocolate syrup. Blend in flour. Pour into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Combine ingredients for topping #

1. Spread over cake. Refrigerate until cool. Melt margarine and chocolate chips for topping #2; cool to room temperature. Spread over green layer. Refrigerate. ----
