Far East Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

16 ml soy sauce
20 ml water
10 ml rice wine vinegar
230 gr peanut butter
16 ml sesame oil
3 gr chili paste with garlic
1 gr cayenne pepper
60 ml mayonnaise

Instructions

Mix the soy sauce and vinegar together and set aside. Put the peanut butter in a bowl and mix in the sesame oil, blending thoroughly. Then mix in the chili paste and cayenne pepper, blending well. Add the soy sauce blending well. Blend in the mayonnaise and serve at room temperature. Makes 1.25 cups of dipping sauce.
