325 gr corn syrup 3 eggs 1 gr salt 4 gr vanilla 200 gr sugar 28 gr butter 1 pecan 1 unbaked 9 pie shell
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for filling and add pecans last. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 180ºC and bake 30-35 minutes longer. When done, outer edges will be set and center will be slightly soft. ----
