Fast And Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

290 gr mixed vegetables
700 ml milk
475 ml water
12 gr instant onion
10 ml chicken bouillon granules
6 gr salt
26 gr celery
200 gr instant mashed potatoes

Instructions

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and reserve. Heat to boiling in large saucepan milk, water, minced onion, bouillon granules, salt and celery. Remove from heat. Stir in instant mashed potatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
