Ingredients

60 ml warm water
1 cake yeast
180 ml water
18 gr shortening
120 ml evaporated milk
550 gr granulated sugar
3 gr salt
350 gr all purpose flour
16 ml lemon juice
1 egg
2 gr nutmeg
1 coating cinnamon granulated sugar
1 dissolve yeast in warm water
1 in the water
130 gr flour
1/4 thickness
1 mix cinnamon
3 in diameter
1 place fastnacht in bag with cinnamon

Yields 1 dozen.
