Fattig Mand Bakals

Ingredients

3 eggs
38 gr sugar
45 ml cream
1 gr salt
1/2 cardemon
5 gr brandy flavoring
65 gr flour

Instructions

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and heavy cream. Beat well. Add flavoring. Add flour, mix well to make a smooth dough. Roll out to 0 cm thickness. Cut into 4 cm strips cut diagonally every 10 cm. Make 3 cm slit in either end and slip ends through. Fry in deep hot oil until light brown. (About 1.5 minutes.) Drain, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Recipe from Grandma Ruby Brush. ----
