Favorite Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

160 gr all-purpose flour sifted
14 gr baking powder
14 gr sugar
1 gr salt
1 egg
240 ml milk
30 ml salad oil

Instructions

Stir together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk, and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Bake on hot griddle. When undersides on pancakes are nicely browned, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of drained blueberries over each cake. Turn, brown other side. Makes about dozen dollar-size, or eight 10 cm size pancakes.
