Favorite Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
10 pie shell
500 gr pumpkin
150 gr sugar
1 gr salt
2 gr ginger
1 gr nutmeg
3 eggs
120 ml milk
1/2 bourbon
180 ml whipping cream
2 apricot glaze
1 apricot preserves
55 gr apricot brandy
150 gr brown sugar
45 gr butter
16 ml whipping cream
65 gr pecans
1/2 pecan
240 ml cream
1 gr salt
180 ml whipping cream in bowl
1 from center
3 from low heat until surface begins to bubble
Instructions
