Festive Cocoa Cards

Ingredients

230 gr butter
100 gr sugar
180 ml molasses
1 egg
4 gr vanilla extract
95 gr flour
45 gr cocoa
2 gr baking soda

Instructions

Red frosting in tube Green frosting in tube In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in molasses, egg and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture until well blended. Chill 1 hour. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a dozen x 38 cm oblong. Cut into dozen 3 x 13 cm oblongs. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake in 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool on cookie sheets. Write names or greetings on cookies. Makes dozen cookies ----
