Festive Orange Rice

Ingredients

16 gr onion
70 gr celery
40 gr margarine
120 gr rice
12 gr orange rind
240 ml orange juice
350 ml water
3 gr salt
1 gr thyme

Instructions

Saute onion and celery in margarine in saucepan until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
