Fibre-rich: Winter Garden Salad

Ingredients

350 gr cabbage
500 gr carrots
180 gr broccoli
170 gr raisins
1/2 sunflower seeds
240 ml low fat yogurt
70 gr chutney
2 gr curry powder

Instructions

Salt Pepper In bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, raisins and sunflower seeds. Dressing: In small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney and curry powder. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Per serving: about 190 calories, 6 g Protein, 5 g fat, 34 g carbohydrate
