Fiddlehead Puff

Ingredients

1 fiddleheads
1 bisquick baking mix
240 ml milk
2 eggs
1 gr salt
110 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 160ÂșC . Butter 1.5 L casserole dish. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in fiddleheads and cheese. Pour into baking dish and bake about 1 hour, until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
