Fiddle's Banana Bread

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
250 gr self rising flour
200 gr sugar
120 ml oil
2 eggs
60 gr walnuts

Instructions

Mash the bananas with a fork. Stir the flour and sugar together and mix with the bananas, oil, and eggs. Fold in the nuts, if desired. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
