Fiery Shrimp Curry
Ingredients
2 lemon grass stalks
2 lemon zest
2 shallots
3 garlic
10 gr ginger
4 gr coriander seeds
8 gr kaffir lime leaves
1 lime zest
5 ml honey
120 ml unsweetened coconut milk
250 gr shrimp
10 ml canola oil
120 ml lime juice
60 gr mirin
1 gr salt
Instructions
