Fig Cake

Ingredients

170 gr margarine
400 gr sugar
240 ml buttermilk
5 ml soda
1 gr salt
4 eggs
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr allspice
4 gr vanilla
375 gr flour
300 gr figs
140 gr nuts

Instructions

Mix figs well in mixer. Add eggs, sugar and margarine. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well greased glass dish. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour or until done. Randy Rigg
