Fig Stuffed Baked Apples

Ingredients

4 cooking apples
3 gr cinnamon
1 lemon
75 gr calif
120 ml orange juice

Instructions

Core apples and peel one third way down. Mix cinnamon, lemon peel and chopped figs with 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Using a small spoon, stuff center and cover tops of apples with fig mixture. Arrange in shallow baking dish and pour remaining orange juice over apples. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally with orange juice, until apples are tender.
