Firehouse Quiche
Ingredients
375 gr zucchini
1 onion
1 bisquick
4 eggs
120 ml corn oil
40 gr parmesan cheese
1 gr parsley
1 gr marjoram
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a large, greased pie pan. Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
