Fish House Barbecue

Ingredients

475 ml tomato sauce
120 ml dry wine
55 gr butter
30 ml lemon juice
16 gr green onion
3 gr salad herbs
2 gr sugar
1 gr salt
1 ml pepper sauce
6 trout

Instructions

Grill fish over hot coals 10 minutes on each side. Brush both sides of fish with sauce during the last few minutes of grilling. Pass remaining sauce.
