Fish In Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

425 gr fish fillets
1 slice onion
1 clove garlic
16 ml vegetable oil
32 gr almonds
30 ml lime juice
1/2 pickled jalapeno pepper
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 salt
55 gr cilantro
4 gr thaw the fish fillets if
1 gr salt

Instructions

baking dish, arrange the fish fillets and sprinkle lightly with salt. top with the onion mixture. Sprinkle evenly with the cilantro, (or with parsley). Bake, covered, in a preheated 180ºC . oven for about 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
