Fish In Foil

Ingredients

2 duty foil
210 gr fish fillets
45 ml lemon juice
1 gr paprika
55 gr onions
1 gr parsley
3 gr chives
9 gr margarine

Instructions

Place half of fish fillets on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika. Place half of the onion slices on each fillet. Combine parsley and chives. Roll potato in parsley mixture. Arrange half potato sticks around each fillet. Season each with salt and pepper. Fold foil and secure tightly. Bake 325 deg. for 40 minutes. Open foil and dot each with 1 ts margarine. Makes 2 servings for dinner. May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) This is an old WW recipe and should be adjusted according to today's weights etc.
