Fish Mcnuggetts

Ingredients

1 egg
240 ml milk
3 gr salt
2 gr cayenne pepper
65 gr corn flour
65 gr flour
1 gr garlic powder
1 gr onion powder
425 gr fish fillets cubed
950 ml oil for frying

Instructions

Preheat oil to 180ÂșC . In med. size bowl beat egg, milk, salt, and pepper together. In another med. size bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Dip nuggets into drench mix.,drain and coat well in dredge. Carefully place few nuggets at a time into hot oil. Fish will float when golden brown and done. About 2 min. Best to use electric fryer with basket. Drain onto paper towels, serve right now with tartar or cocktail sauce.
