Fish Timbales With Curry Sauce

Ingredients

40 gr butter
30 gr onion
210 gr cod
475 ml milk
55 gr bread crumbs
2 gr salt
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr pepper
3 eggs
8 gr unbleached flour
1 gr curry powder
1,400 gr custard heat the butter in
10 skillet
1/2 tops of the bake

Instructions

oven or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Unmold and serve with the Curry Sauce. CURRY SAUCE: Heat the butter in a 1.5-quart saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in the flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly then remove from the heat. Stir in the milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
