Fisherman's Bouillabaisse

Ingredients

60 ml olive oil
240 ml water
120 ml dry wine
1 env
1 gr parsley
2 gr thyme leaves
270 gr tomatoes
1 1/2 lobster tails
1 snapper
6 clams
6 mussels

Instructions

mussels and simmer an additional 5 minutes or until shells open. (DISCARD ANY UNOPENED SHELLS). Serve, if desired, with bread or rolls. Makes about 4 (2 cup) servings.
